Screw-Down Roof Anchor

Applications:
• For use on flat wood or metal roofs
• Reusable, temporary use only
• Must use with retractable lifeline

Wood decking requirements: 3/4" plywood or better
Metal decking requirements: 20 guage or better

Features:
• Pivoting stanchion allows freedom of movement without tangling of lifeline. The unit rotates 360 degrees.
• Retractable "seat" prevents scratching of roof structure.
• Powder coated for durability
• 10x12 base plate
• 7 1/2" stanchion height
• 10-hole pattern
• Includes screws

Proper Use:
Screw-Down Roof Anchor must be attached to a roof deck capable of supporting 3,000 lbs. Fill all ten holes with provided screws. Not for use in work positioning. Anchor provides fall arrest or restraint attachment for one worker weighing no more than 310 lbs. including tools, clothing, etc. Worker attaches directly to the anchor point using a retractable lifeline and harness system.

Limitations:
Screw-Down Roof Anchor must be installed only according to provided instructions. Retractable lifeline not included. Do not use near corrosive chemicals.

Screw-Down Roof Anchor is tested to meet all applicable ANSI Z359.1 standards and complies with OSHA standards. Use only with compatible equipment.
