Sales tax will be applied on all orders placed in Maryland.
Freight Policy
We ship UPS ground. For your convenience, the shopping cart contains a rate calculator. Rate calculations are based on weight and zip code destination of the package. We do not add any mark-up to freight charges. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to order totals. Orders will be shipped from one of our manufacturer facilities in the US. Majority of orders will ship 24 to 48 hours.
Returns
If for any reason you must return an item, please contact us by email at sales@mysupplieronline.com or by phone at 1-877-812-4394 and we will assign a returned goods authorization number. No returns later than 30 days after the date of the sale. Freight on returns is to be paid by the customer. A 20% restocking fee may apply. All returned items must be in unused condition and fit for resale.
Defective Material
The manufacturer's warranties apply to all products sold by MySupplierOnline, LLC. No other warranty expressed or implied is offered.
